Review Your Results: Dr Luciano Del Toro and Aura Gomes, RN will carefully review your Labcorp results to understand your current health status and identify if Semaglutide at home therapy is the right choice for you.
Consultation Appointment: You will receive a call from our office to schedule your phone consultation with Aura Gomes, RN. Please refrigerate (do not freeze) the medication to keep them at a constant temperature.
The medications are stable at room temperatures and higher (90 degrees) for up to three weeks! This means that the medication has not degraded in quality and is safe to take. We do ship the medications with ice packs to offset extreme temperature changes during shipping, but it is a preventative measure.
If you are a California resident, the lower doses come in a small insulin syringe with the needle already attached. The highest dose comes in a 3 mL syringe with a slightly larger needle, and you will have instructions to twist the needle onto the syringe.

Yes! Register on www.UPS.com with their free MyChoice membership to receive tracking information on all packages sent to your address. We do not send tracking information from our office due to the high volume of patients.
If you are on semaglutide or tirzepatide, we will automatically increase your dose every month. We follow the FDA guidelines for dosing. For semaglutide, we adhere to the following dosing schedule: 0.25mg, 0.5mg, 1mg, 1.7mg, 2.4mg. For tirzepatide, we adhere to the following schedule: 2.5mg, 5mg, 7.5mg, then 10mg. The beginning doses are considered loading doses, and the later doses are considered the therapeutic doses. Unfortunately, we are unable to skip certain doses for our patients. However, we can keep you at the same dose or decrease your dose at any time.
Yes! At least one week ahead of time, email or call with the date you would like us to ship your medications. Our program is opt-in/opt-out, so if the medication isn’t working for you, let us know!
