Liz Padilla-Salvagno, Master Injector and Nurse Educator, brings over 10 years of nursing experience injecting with fillers and BOTOX® Cosmetic and treating skin with advanced lasers and devices. Her patients often describe her as a great listener, a “people person”, easy to talk to, comforting, genuine, and honest. Those who experience Liz as their provider find that she is more than just a provider, but also a friend and confidante — she has a talent for building personal connections with her patients and making them feel at ease. She puts an emphasis on safety and natural-looking results, while continually advancing her technique through experience and on-going education on the latest technologies. Liz is available at both the Palo Alto and San Jose locations.
Liz grew up with an interest in medicine and a passion for connecting with people. Before nursing, her first career began in Human Resources after studying communications at University of California, Santa Barbara. In 2009, she earned her nursing degree from NYU and started her career as a labor and delivery nurse, which set the tone for her comforting nature when she transitioned to aesthetics. As Liz explains it, “treating someone’s appearance is very personal and private.
Trust and comfort have to be there in order to go through a smooth aesthetic process, and as the years go by, you become like friends and family as you get to know each other. There is a unique connection between provider and patient.” Liz’s goal is to make a positive impact on her patients’ outlook, whether she’s rejuvenating their face using injectables or transforming their skin with lasers. When Liz is not treating patients, she can be found enjoying the outdoors and traveling with her husband, two boys, family, and friends. Her favorite place to be is with her kids at the beach.
